Trouble code 456 and 301 with engine light on

What is your question?

I'm just wondering why my cars engine light is on and blinking? I have also been getting a trouble code 301, which means cylinder #1 is misfiring and how do I reset the engine light as well? I'm also wondering what a 456 trouble code is?
