What is your question?
I need to tow a two horse trailer from Nevada to Wyoming and empty the trailer was consuming all the power the poor truck had. Noticible vibration with no pulling power uphills and 227,000 miles on the truck, not sure if she’s going to be able to make the trip with our kaput?..
What makes this problem better or worse?
The vibration stops when I take it out of gear and be in neutral
How long has your 1999 Ford F-150 had this problem?
I just bout the truck

Towing capacities are irrelevant until the engine has been restored to normal operating conditions. Don’t see an engine size posted (which makes a huge difference) but it seems there is need for *hands-on* professional assistance.
Suspect misfiring engine cylinder(s) ... *Diagnostic* trouble code(s) should be present.
