TOUCH SCREEN NOT RESPONDING

Do you have the audio and navigation security codes? IF yes , then try this and it might avoid a trip to the dealer where they may do the same at quite a much higher price. AFTER you have the needed security code(s) disconnect the battery cables and touch together for 15 minutes (use small jumper wire if needed) AFTER at least 15 minutes reconnect and enter code(s) as needed and see if the 'reset' helps. IF not , may be best at the dealer IF the rest of the vehicle is in condition to justify spending big bucks. Aftermarket unit may be the way to go? Good luck.
