Tire pressure on 1992 Ford Ranger

My 92 4X4 ranger has 30 x 9.5 tires on the factory sport 15 x 7 wheels. Has 4.0 engine , what would you suggest me run my tire pressure at. Ive been running them around 42 psi w/ no problems , i just wanted a "Pros" opinion.

My durango has a rating of 55 psi max and I run 42 pounds and the tires are wearing great, too low of pressure and the outside of the tires will wear and too high the middle will wear, just have to watch how they are wearing and adjust.
