What is your question?
I have a 1991 ford ranger 2.3 manual transmission I have a friend that needs her timing belt replaced and I have not seen the truck yet so not 100% about having to pull the water pump off or not and if at all possible would like to know tool sizes I will need because I have to travel 40 mins to get to the truck and would rather have everything I will need to have to start and finish the job without having to leave.....i would grately appreciate and thank you for any and all information that maybe given on this matter..... very much appreciated ......Andrew.....

Use GOOGLE - should find plenty of information plus YouTube videos - - H2O pump doesn’t need to be removed for timing belt replacement.
All you’ll need is a good SET of basic hand tools - now that may vary depending on what each individual calls a good set of hand tools.
