There is a slight hissing sound when I put my foot on brake pedal

What is your question?

The brakes are hissing on my 2012 Mazda CX-9 and when I press the brake pedal all the way down it squeaks sometimes. It only has 71,000 miles. Ive been told brake pads are ok.
