My 2010 4Runner shifts up to 5 th gear when I’m at a slow speed, 20-30 mph. The engine bogs down as you would expect when going to slow for the higher gear….like when you fail to downshift when driving a manual transmission and you slow down. I have to gas/rev the engine to get it to downshift. It started doing this at About 120k miles. I had the transmission fluid serviced, but didn’t help. If I use S mode and manually shift, it seems to work fine. This only occurs if I’m in Drive mode. The engine light is not on, no dash lights are on.

Transmission was overhauled. When put back. Transmission was overhauled due to water/oil mix up at the radiator resulted in poor pull up on D, worked fine in 2, and L. It seems something is still wrong after overhaul. What are the possibilities? any computer resting needed after transmission overhaul?
