What is your question?
Car will not start again if it is driven, stopped and then turned off. No starter clicks, battery is new. Fuel sensor was replaced by dealer. Car then was driven for 25 miles, stopped at a store, came back out 5 mins. later, would not start. Waited another 15 mins., then it started. Dealer says it is mechanically sound, but cannot identify any component to clean, change or repair. Dealer cleaned connections to one main module under glove box and searched/installed any upgrades but no change. Dealer is trying to blame the keys (not from ford so the car doesn't "identify/recognize" them???) No known clues when the Escape will or won't start or if it will start up again after driven somewhere. It has no smells, no sounds to identify. No codes are shown at diagnostic so dealer is at a loss. No recalls open. Sometimes it can sit overnight and then not start. Sometimes I can drive it all day and it starts every time. Dealer is reprog. the keys but I think its the main processor

Unfortunately - intermittent failures are next to impossible to repair. The no CRANK condition will have to be present at the time of testing, otherwise it a crap shoot.
It's extremely unlikely that your "main processor" (powertrain control module or PCM) is at fault. Aftermarket keys are the only thing I can imagine here if everything else is testing properly -- and I have seen this before in the many years I managed a Ford service department. A fault should be able to be identified when the problem is occurring actively using Ford's IDS diagnostic tool. I'm assuming you have all lights active and you turn the key and nothing happens. I would also ensure the vehicle's shift lever is securely in the "Park" position - monitoring the data of the transmission range sensor to ensure this is actively the case when the problem is occurring. If all else fails, all you can do is repair what you know to be suspect and recheck. In this case, keys are the variable. They may not solve your issue, but they actually might too.
