Starter wont come off

What is your question?

Have a 2007 ford f-150 trying to replace bad starter and it wont come off. I've removed all 3 bolts, I've tried prying it out, banging with hammer, and tried turning crankshaft pulley on truck to turn engine. Engine turns but starter still wont come off. What do I need to do or what would the next steps be?

‘IF’ you’ve removed the 3 blots that’s actually holding the starter on the engine - it just stuck in place! Spray a bunch of PB Blaster on it - lit it sit for an hour and knock the hell out of it with a BFH ! You’re planning on replacing it anyway - don’t worry a damaging the thing .. Just be sure to hit the *starter only* with the BIG - - - - - - - Hammer..
