Starter turns engine over but won't start all other electrical system is out

Well , you told us that it won't start and you know why--cause 'all other electrical system is out'-- is there another part to this quiz? did you TEST (not visually lookat) ALL the fuses? what engine?? Is the timing belt broken/stripped (if applicable)?
