Sometimes my car says cruise control not available

Multiple possibilities that requires a full professional scan test to determine cause! .. Cruise control is rendered inoperable by default anytime there's a fault detected within any of the onboard systems/modules... Vehicle wants the operator in full control at that time .. Intermittent failures are common... Professional scan test of ALL modules is required!
