Leaks a little after driven a while. Need proper way to tighten bolts. No problem with transmission, just leaking at two bolts. Would like directions

IF a gasket is used then use ONLY the gasket .. No type of adhesives or silicone gasket maker etc.. Make SURE pan and transmission mating surfaces are clean and dry! .. Flange on pan may be bent .. Threads for bolts may be stripped in transmission .. [Pan bolt torque is 10 ft lbs] ........ NOW, you can use RTV (silicone) gasket maker 'without' a gasket as an option but it needs to be done correctly! .. Good luck!
Have found four or five bolts have rubber washers on them and others do not. Those with rubber washers do not leak, so I guess, duh, I need to put on new gasket and put rubber washers all all bolts and they do all tighten up good very snug. Leak isn't blowing to other things such as exhaust, it's only after parked. Leak leaves spot about 4" dimeter. When putting bolts on they should be tighten in a cross pattern right? I live in a highly populated mixed nationalities. Been ripped. Dealership or high cost shop is only option. One wanted 225.00 to change.
