What is your question?
This ONLY happens after about 30+km (when engine has heated up). N.B. Even when heated up, if I turn the engine OFF, gears shift perfectly. I.e. ONLY difficult to shift 1st & 2nd gear when engine is RUNNING and heated up. I heard all I need is to have hydraulics bled... Is this correct?

Thanks to pushrod for quick reply! So you think it's a bigger/worse problem than just the hydraulic fluid. Damn. Anyone else who thinks they know what the problem is, based on my symptoms, please still reply as I'm worried the mechanics I go to will tell me I need more than I really do. (I don't know a good mechanic where I live yet)
Anything more that i or anyone else can tell you is just guessing. It may be the master or slave cylinder, failing clutch componet(s). Usually a hydraulic problem is more pronounced when first starting and driving.
Thanks again! : ) I see, yes, it is weird that the problem is NOT there when first starting. (I.e. When engine is COLD or off, the gears WORK FINE). Really appreciate your time and input! Off to the mechanic I go *cringes*
