Service shifter light
What is your question?
Service shifter light came on and my authorized service department said it was because I needed my oil changed. Is that right? I was driving at night and all my lights went off and it was hard to steer
How long has your 2018 Jeep Cherokee had this problem?
It happened a few weeks ago too, I took it in and they said it will be fixed with a recall repair

Have recall repair performed - - additionally the vehicle should still be under warranty.
