5 fuel pumps? The problem is probably electrical. Check operation of Fuel Pump relay, wiring and connectors to Crank Sensor, Fuel Pump etc. Also a possibility of a Powertrain Control Module (PCM) issue.

bad fuel pump is bad it will cost you about 500`00 to fix it

I would have it smoked. You may have a pin hole in th filler tube, is it throwing a engine code?
