rough idle but only in drive when stopped

changed the timing belt as well as the other belts, crankshaft pulley, water pump and clutch fan. timing is correct, checked by mechanic. rough idle when stopped. fuel filter also changed. now im getting codes po 328 and po 300. what do they mean
