Rough idle at stop

What is your question?

when I am driving this is not an issue but when I come to a full stop it idles very rough. When I place it in park it is fine. Changed the fuel pump and spark plugs and I am having the same issue. I tried fuel Cleaner and cleaned the throttle body. Can someone help. Thank you
