Right side window will not operate.

IF it is only one window, it's more than likely going to need the window lift assembly! Motor and regulator. Easily tested, if the dome light will dim, ever so slightly, when the switch is pushed down, replace the lift assembly! Power is being sent to the motor and it is simply not responding! Works every time!! Just look very closley at the light while working the switch, no further testing required! I could fill half the bed of your truck with these i have replaced. Other possibilities exist but this is by far the most common.

The sides run off of different circuit breakers and the rear windows are also controlled through the body control module, just to add to your trouble. It really needs to be tested to find it if you run into a wall.
