resetting check engine light

What is your question?

i wanted to reset the engine light after i fixed the problem. after i took the negative side off waited for 15 sec. then i put it back on went to try to start back on and for some reason all my gages started acking up if like i messed with the computer.my odometer also reads NO BUS. what should i do

no light never came back on. but everything is working normal

You can not reset the check engine light by removing the negative battery cable. Is your CEL still on?

i fixed it it was the radio all this time. it was the weirdest thing i ever saw....
