Not a toggle push button appears to be factory
Push it and see what happens!! If factory, it's in the manual. I have seen hundreds of these vehicles and none had a push botton switch under the dash that was O.E! I guess if everything is working ok, it dont really matter though. Does make you wonder why it was put there!
