Replacing a radiator on 1993 Dodge Dynasty,leaks

What is your question?

Over heats ,water leaks when shut off, cools when I turn.on heater then the coolant is gone so I add more,just wondering is it normal for some drips of water coming out of exhaust pipe is normal,not all the time ty

What makes this problem better or worse?

I just try to keep it from over heating
