Replaced radiator hose. Car still getting hot. What to do next?

My car started getting hot today. When I popped the hood my radiator hose had literally burned off and coolant was all over the ground. It was lierally split in 2. I replaced that. There was enough coolant in my car still. I ran it around the block and it was fine. I just couldnt get heat then boom! The car started to get hot again. What should I check or do next? I have a 2012 chrysler 200. Dont know exactly where the fan would be located or the sound of it. Coolant flush? Possible leak somewhere else? Idk
