how do you remove and replace the rear windshield wiper blace?

REAR WIPER BLADE REMOVAL 1.Lift wiper blade away from rear window. 2.Release latch holding blade to wiper arm Rear Wiper Arm 3.Remove blade from wiper arm.

I have released the latch but cano not remove the blade. The hook in the arm will nopt fit through the opening of the blade. Any other suggestions
