Rav4 hybrid cvt issues?

What is your question?

Sometimes during start up, the engine/cvt with almost "lug" or grind or something. You can even feel it move the vehicle. It almost feels like something is getting caught or hitting. I had this issue before for a while but it seems to have fixed itself, until today. Idk what the issue is exactly and I don't know if this has happened before, but I'd like some answers because its basically brand new (10,000 miles).

What makes this problem better or worse?

It seems to happen more when the engine is cold or has been sitting for a while

How long has your 2018 Toyota RAV4 had this problem?

First time: maybe a week or 2. Second time: only a day so far
