What is your question?
My question is I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer edition Expedition and my battery was starting to go dead as the Colder Weather started somewhere in that time my DVD and my radio both quit working same day same time turned off the car and the next time I cranked it up there was just nothing with the radio or the DVD player now I am trying to find out why I have checked the fuses some work when the car is not cranked up some work when the car is cranked so I'm not sure if that matters but looking at my fuse box in accordance with the owners manual diagram of the fuse box I think maybe the fuses are working but I'm not sure which ones should be lighting up when the car is cranked or not cranked please help and I promise I will reply with any updates I know that seems to be a problem on here

Using a 12 volt test light - turn key ON - now TEST EACH AND EVERY FUSE you can find on the vehicle - this will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.. There are more than one fuse that is protecting that circuit .. Below is a help link to the fuse boxes and fuse functions - HOWEVER I strongly recommend TESTING each of the fuses!! https://www.autogenius.info/ford-expedition-2003-2006-fuse-box-diagram/

So I literally just found a page on the net that completely helped me and solved my issue...I just changed fuses 22, 7, & 31 and its works! I'm a single mom so this is a huge accomplishment for me
Was it this page perhaps?
