I've had three different radiators put on my truck in the last 3 months all three of them have gotten a pinhole in the passenger side Midway up what could be the cause of

That’s rather unusual indeed - hopefully warranty has taken care of the two replacements. I’d try a replacement from a different source I think .. There is no logical reason for this to happen. Good luck!
The only thing I can think of at all could be electrolysis in your cooling system. It's finding a weak spot -- electricity in your cooling system can damage soldering points. It may be necessary to ground your cooling system.
One must presume the installer is skilled enough to successfully perform a simple radiator replacement - that would certainly include visually checking for any objects present that may possibly damage the new radiator.. This really makes no sense - to me! Edit - There is STILL NO LOGICAL REASON for this to happen!!
