My 12 volt plug ins are not working. I have checked and changed the blown fuse

Power port may be ok but that device is faulty .. Try another 'known good' device and charger cable altogether. IF that is the case, some of the charger cable plugs have a fuse inside itself... Refer to device owners manual.
