No switches work- radio, windows, sunroof, doors, inside lights want come on

Basically this > I allowed 'someone' to take out factory radio to install store brought ..... ALL of the fuses on the vehicle need to be TESTED!

This car has a computer network and the radio is technically one of the computers on that network. By replacing the radio with an aftermarket radio my guess is it's interfering with other computers on the network. Next steps I recommend: If you had this performed by an official business, they should address this for you. Disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, reconnect, see if the issues are resolved. Remove the aftermarket radio and see if the issues are resolved. If so, diagnose accordingly. This is a complicated electrical issue, so if the above doesn't address it I would take it to a European shop with Volvo experience, or a Volvo dealer. Good luck.
