AC is cold and works fine. No noises or fluctuations of rpm noted as of this date. Produces FOG no matter the temp. setting.

Fog or smoke coming out the air vents is caused by cold dry air coming in contact with warmer, more moist air near the air conditioner. If the air temperature near the unit is below Dew Point, this causes water vapor to form in the air and condense into water droplets causing the fog or smoke.
Hello, it seems like you may have moisture build up occurring in your evaporator box. This is where moisture from the interior collects while the air conditioning system does its job to dehumidify the vehicle's interior. Moisture - water - should drain from this box through a tube to the underside of the vehicle. If moisture is building up and not draining or draining slowly, this could create fog on the interior. Check here first.
Side note : Switching air conditioner off then on again makes the “fog†more pronounced.
