When I turn the AC on it runs fine for about 15 min and then quits. If i leave it turned off for a while and it gets warm in the card and then turn it back on it will work again.

I had the same problem some time ago, its an easy fix., you need to change the A/C evaporator temperature sensor. its located below the drivers side, take the cover out 2x T25 torx screws and you will see it toward the top right above the heater core. Original part # 30665118 you can buy it for like 35 bucks good luck
