Need to replace the throttle body on my volvo V50 2.4i 2006

What is the reason for throttle body replacement? How many miles on vehicle? New/remanned part , or used?

No does not need to be tuned. Does not take software. Plug it in and start it. If you have any codes stored it may be in what's called limp home mode. Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. Not often that these throttles have issues. i would take a look at the connector on the throttle and see if you have any corrosion built up in it.
