Volvo starts but nothing in center console will turn on

What is your question?

My Volvo will start but nothing in the middle console will turn on (heater, radio, headlights, windshield wipers, etc) car won’t even let me leave park but turns on perfectly fine, just jumped a few days ago though.

What makes this problem better or worse?
