Lost my key need to bypass it somehow so I can crank it.

I've recently purchased a 1999 S80 Volvo with a clean title from a private party. The guy had lost the key to it. How can I bypass the key to crank the car? Key does have e a chip in it. I am not trying to spend a lot of money on this if there's a way to break it down and crsnk it, please explain. Thanks you.
