after changing downstream o2 sensors, car shows 6 codes, Starts but no throttle.

What codes were present before changing the sensors? WHY did you change the DOWNSTREAM sensors? Do you have a scanner that reads LIVE data , or are you just using a 'code reader'? Need some info to help!

You may of shorted out the mcm. Through the o2 wiring.
