Hi I change out the whole ignition switch key lock turn signals everything

Hi there: Sounds like there might be something wrong when you reinstalled the switch. Possible a pulled or pinched electrical wire, may have to take apart again to verify. My suggestion would be to take it to a ASE certified shop with experienced techs in this area. Sincerely Ultimate Performance Team
