Is there a way to change current speed from kph to mph on a US model

What is your question?

I don't see any menu options or anything in the manual to allow me to change the digital readout from kph to mph. It recommends seeing a certified mechanic, which seems rather odd.

It has got to be a way on a US model - surely.. However I don’t know the procedure - perhaps someone else can help.. Maybe you missed that part in the owner’s manual.?
