What is your question?
It seems like every 30-60 days my headlights, low and high beam, running lights or side lights need replacing. Why is this happening so frequently? I have replaced bulbs 6-8 times this year alone. (past 12 months)..
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, typically if you have repetitive bulb failure, the first place to look is to see if the housing or housings of the lamps may be allowing moisture or water inside. Water and bulbs do not get along very well, and can cause premature failure. Further, the sockets of the bulbs can have internal issues due to corrosion, overheating or melting. Have a closer look overall.
It is indeed indicative of wiring connections and bulb socket deterioration - these vehicles have know issues in that area. A google search will likely provide a bit more information.
Best i can remember - you can get the bulb socket / pigtail in a kit for replacement.. (Google search 'may' offer more input) Can contact Volvo dealer if need be.
