Will k.w head gasket and block repair with nanotechnology fix my head gasket?

And if the head is warped will it fix that too? Have yall done that before, and did it work?

I have never had any luck with that type of repair but I haven't used that particular brand .. I don't think it would be a permanent fix .. This problem usually requires 'mechanical' cylinder head repair and gasket(s) replacement... Good luck with it!
