On a 2003 Volvo S40, how is transmission fluid added?

If the level is correct when checked cold it will be correct when it is warm after you drive it about 10 miles!

Check level once it is really warmed up and it should be within the hot range...if not, you need a funnel long and small enough to fill at that dipstick hole.

did the car run when you checked it??
