Daughter says light and brakes feel different when stopping

the brakes are the most important parts on your daughters car as far as safety, and needs to be looked st ASAP. try and find a local,independent,trusted repair shop and get them to inspect it.. many possibilities to guess at! don't know what light is on,but needs to be checked today!
