Is there any way I can trouble shoot this myself? Spark plugs and ignition coil replacement seems easy, but how would I go about trying to figure out the problem?

Can MARK then swap the # 5 coil with coil from another cylinder to see if misfire follows that coil...or for 20.00 replace coil... More likely coil than plug!.. # 5 is closest to drivers side fender. Ignition Coil > $ 19.35 /ea > Part Number: > IC655 Product Line: > NAPA Echlin Ignition Parts NOW, in the event that doesn't cure problem... Post results here.
