Why do I hear a hissing, whistling sound like a leaking tire when I start up my?

I don't actually know. I'm unable to see. Just hear the sound of air being released off and on for the past month or so.

gotta start looking where ever the sound is coming from.if you can hear it inside the car,it shouldn't be hard to find.
