There are shops that specialize in SunRoofs. I would go there. There are too many variables to really give a precise answer online so to speak. Best of Luck.

not your sunroof but if it is simply check the track it runs on maybe some gunk on the tracks keeping it from closing all the way. it is usually because of water ingress look it up on youtube
