NTHSA requires emissions waranteed to 80k miles. Is exhaust flap included?

If you are not getting satisfaction from your local VW dealer call VW North America's customer service toll free number and complain loudly to them and see if they will help, it sounds reasonable at such low mileage this should be covered.

I agree with Pat. they may tell you the only exhaust coverage is the cat converter. even with that. you have a 5 yr 50k on the federal part with all the emission control parts. Roy
