I have a 2007 vw jetta on the left side manafold there 2 hole right about 5 inch apart it seems one of the hole seal has pop off and when i put my hand over it it get sucked into that hole can anyone please tell me what part is it that came off i herd a pop right before it started acting like this and weeks before i was having idiling issue. I coverd the hole with rubber circle to see it would help the engine stop shaking and the idle had stop. Please help.there seems to be a bit of oil where the hole is missing the seal.

That’s a vacuum port - best bet is visit local auto repair facility and let mechanic take a look.
Difficult to relay enough information online to be certain what is supposed to be attached to the port... *Hands-on* evaluation is really needed.
