What is your question?
I have a 2000 Jetta 2.0, I bought the vehicle not running. After pulling the timing belt cover I found that the nut holding the timing belt tensioner was missing, therefore no tension on the belt. I have fixed the belt and replaced the camshaft sensor (only because it was the code when I read the OBD), after doing so it still won't start. I've re-timed the vehicle several times and don't think that is the problem. I'm getting spark, and I can smell the fuel. Don't know where I'm going wrong here, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Highly recommend cylinder compression testing. While this is not listed as an interference engine - there have been instances of bent valves due to timing belt circuit failure on the 2.0L. Good luck!
