What is your question?
I have to use my key to open door, I put key in ignition and try to start and all that happens every time is the alarm goes off. I replaced batteries in electronic device and even pulled the battery out of car and charged it. All lights and dashboard lights work, so I am using the process of ilimination. Is the main door component in the rear driver side door and if so could that be the problem? Also is it possible that,( there is no dip stick to check tranny fluid) if the transmission fluid is way low, does it have a sensor for it not to start??? Thank you for any help you can offer!!!

Last question first: No, there is no fluid sensor that prevents the engine from starting. This does sound like a concern with the factory keyless entry and antitheft system. It is difficult to know what is happening to the controls without use of a diagnostic tool for the body / electrical components that will be able to see what is happening. Unlocking the driver's door with the key alone should deactivate any antitheft system, and turning the key in the ignition should also. If there is an aftermarket system added to the vehicle, would strongly recommend this be disabled. I'm sorry to say you'll need to get professional assistance.
