Are you familiar with how to use a vacuum gauge? Do you know what to look for during a visual inspection of spark plugs? Without a scanner for live data , those two things may be an economical way to start , by ruling out certain items.

I pulled the spark plugs. they where fouled out. I replaced them with new ones and the misfire continued. the scanner pulls up misfire code on all cylinders
