I checked my oil the other day and saw light colored streaks running through the oil on the dipstick. The oil looks okay otherwise and my coolant level is not low. Is this condensation or a head gasket issue?

I had the water pump replaced a year ago. I had trouble with the PCV valve failing and the intake getting all gunked up. I have also had to have the valve cover gasket, upper timing chain gasket and vacuum pump gasket replaced.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It has been colder lately

Keep checking oil LEVEL - if it mysteriously increases - there is a problem.
