Crankshaft bleeder pipe, or is it the crankcase vent pipe?
it is the crankcase vent pipe
Possibly crankcase pressure from weak rings, blow by, and/or pollution control valve.
we blank off vent pipe but oil is seeping out of oil cover lid oil have to be top-up continoisly
Sounds like you have a lot of blow by. Maybe rings.
what do you suggest to fix it
Maybe a rebuild or replacement engine. If you take the oil filler cap off while it's running is there a lot of pressure. Probably yes. Not good.
